Frankie saw me wandering around the Heritage dealership looking at displays and he was the first one to greet me and ask if he could help me. He was very easy to converse with and helped me determine that looking at displays and he was the first one to greet me and ask if he could help me. He was very easy to converse with and helped me determine that the Highlander was not the best fit for me, but the RAV4 Prime was! Later, while I was out on a walk, Frankie found a new 2023 Supersonic Red RAV4 Prime scheduled to get loaded on a truck and be transported to Heritage. He put a hold on it for me and when it was delivered and got detailed, I arrived to find it being charged and it had a SOLD sign on it with my name! And Frankie was so helpful when we had a difficult time getting our credit bureau file unlocked and demonstrated all of the features and controls on the car, patiently answering all questions. I highly recommend Frankie and the Heritage Toyota dealership, they were fantastic! More
