We've purchased at least six other Toyotas from different dealers in different states and I've never had to be the one to stay in contact with the dealer to insure the sale is actually happening. I had to call them repeatedly to see the progress of the sale. I was told the car was at the dealer, drove 3-hours, and then was told it wasn't there yet and they really weren't sure when it was arriving. The car did arrive while I was doing my trade-in, so then I was rushed through the financial paperwork, quoted one price for my trade-in and then shorted $3000 on the paperwork. When the car was ready, I was handed a key, pointed to the car and waved away. No going over the features of the car, helping me set it up, nothing. This ranks as one of the worst car buying experiences I ever had and I will not recommend this dealer or ever go to it for another vehicle. Small thing, but when I arrived home, I discovered a value-stem cap was missing. I called Rick, twice, about the cap and asked to get a new one. Hasn't arrived yet! I also asked why I didn't receive the trade-in price he quoted, He said he'd check it out. Haven't heard anything back on that either! I know they are a busy dealership, but if they treat others like me, they won't stay that way.
