I dropped car off at approx 745 am for oil, filter and tire rotation and when i arrived i found out there was also a roof re call. I said i would leave and they would call when ready, i assumed a couple tire rotation and when i arrived i found out there was also a roof re call. I said i would leave and they would call when ready, i assumed a couple hours. When i phoned around 130 it was not done so i said i must have by 330 I guess i should have said when i needed by when i dropped off I did get a call back and it was ready by 330 which worked out I was shown a tear in the roof starting and was told that Chevrolet will replace within warranty- great news! We will schedule a follow up and a loaner was offered for this service which was great so i wont have to worry about time frame I was suprised at the bill for oil change and filter was $101 , I am not used to paying so much for an "oil change" It was explained that it takes a synthetic oil, ok...but still thanks Darren Schumer More
