Mr. Williams is very detailed and methodical about making sure customers are taken care of and the business is run as professionally as possible. We had a wonderful experience in purchasing our 2021 Outback sure customers are taken care of and the business is run as professionally as possible. We had a wonderful experience in purchasing our 2021 Outback Limited XT recently. We were treated with the utmost courtesy and professionalism by all of the representatives. The professionals we personally had interaction with was Nathan Hudson (sales manager), Bridget Brooks (sales representative), and Ethan Murphy (finance). All were very knowledgeable about the vehicle specifications and features, which is very impressive because there are so many!! All three were top notch, friendly, and went out of their way to make the process enjoyable, and efficient (we didn't need to shop anymore after the first visit). Bridget was very accommodating as well when we picked our vehicle up because we were in a hurry...she went through the entire quick book owner's manual without missing a beat or any details and set up my Starlink account and remote start! I would highly recommend Mr. Williams' Subaru dealership and his entire team!! And the Subarus themselves are top notch. More

First, dealers advertised price was 800.00 dollars less online than actual asking price once at dealership. Second, car appeared to have not been cleaned in 10 months due to actual dirt buildup in almost e online than actual asking price once at dealership. Second, car appeared to have not been cleaned in 10 months due to actual dirt buildup in almost every crevice of the car. Which was my fault, for making a deal before it was actually cleaned and detail, but during intial walk around it appeared to be in good condition. Had a wash and wax as part of the deal so wasnt overly concerned. Then they tried to send me out the door with a unacceptable wash and no wax. Thats when I notice about 15 blemishes in paint on hood, two on roof, and two nicks on right quarter. They rescheduled the wash and wax for the next day unacceptable, but ok. After, a hour at dealership and and another 4 hours at home I was able to work out about 10 blemishes out of hood. Then wasted time, driving back to dealership the next day for another unacceptable wash and car still wasn't waxed, and wouldn't touch up nicks. Nothing I would expect and unacceptable from a reputable dealer maybe a used car lot. They could have put a more effort in to customer satisfaction and got five stars. Instead left me feeling screwed over and ripped off. I'll go somewhere else for Subaru service, parts and accessories needs. Wouldn't recommend or return. Thanks, More

Did not realize it is imperative to have two keys. Being a woman and a senior citizen had no clue how important that I was used. They are very expensive and being on a budget it is hard to pay that much for a second key. Loosing, misplacing or the battery goes out I will be stuck, picking up my grandson from school, doctors appointments or picking up important medications or food. As a elderly woman don't go and buy a used car alone. Somewhere down the line you will be taken advantage. They did not even know what exact year it was. Did not know the difference between a 2014 and a 2014.5. Maintenance could not tell me why there is no dipstick for the transmission fluid. Not enough knowledge about The car. The sales lady was great. I learned my lesson and now have to pay the price for another key. Smart keys are convenient but if you buy a used car and dont have all the information you are stuck with a big bill. Maintenance did not show me the knowledge for my particular make and and model. Will take my toyota to a toyota dealer. Reference the key I just have to suffer to get a second one just in case of an emergency. And who keeps extra batteries in the car. Be for real. But it is all about the mighty dollar. And not knowing everything I was taken. I would not recommend buying a used car that is not there model there. REMEMBER GET TWO KEYS YOU NEVER KNOW WHEN YOU NEED THEM More

We could not be happier and I am so tic I wanted to let the U.S. know what a wonderful car buying experience we encountered at Landers/McLarty Subaru! We could not be happier and I am so tickled at the service we received. EVERYONE was amazing and I MEAN EVERYONE! Frank Williams, Brian Klie, Sabrina Miller and David Carmac were beyond accommodating and I would definitely call myself an experienced purchaser of automobiles, and this by far was one that will keep me coming back. They asked the right questions and did not try to sell me something I did not want - they knew my budget, knew my preferences on a car and they found exactly what my family needed. There is also no question that I established relationships that will last me a life time and there is no doubt that business will be coming your way from friends and family! The Landers/McLarty staff could not have been a kinder group of people that expressed such genuine interest in me as an individual, not just as a person “buying a car” and that is not something you come across very often! I can promise, most cannot say that they walked away from buying an awesome car and gaining SUPER FRIENDS TOO – it just doesn’t happen like that, but it does at Landers/McLarty! More
