I have been selling cars for over 35 years and it was always very important to me to do the very best job I could for my customers, whether it be getting my customer a fair price or helping customers with questions after taking delivery of their new subaru. On several occasions I have even gone to a customers house to set up and program garage door openers as part of subaru homelink. In 2017 I was the only salesperson at Patrick Subaru to achieve the SUBARU SUMMIT PEAK PERFORMER AWARD. This award is given to the top 25 salespeople in New England based on sales volume and the highest level of customer satisfaction. I was number 8 in New England. Patrick Subaru was phenomenal! It was my first time buying a car without my husband. Frank made the entire process very easy. This was my first time buying a car and although I had my Dad with me to help, I was still unfamiliar with the process and the nitty-gritty of the financial, insurance, etc. aspects of it. David, the finance manager, was so kind and explained everything in ways that I understood and made sure I was getting a good deal.
