The facility is very attractive, well maintained, and provides many high quality customer support services during service visits and include free transportation (if a customer needs to be at home or work while services are completed). Gunn Nissan has been my go to dealership because of their professionalism, courtesy and customer service oriented approach. I have purchased 3 Titan trucks in the past 8 1/2 years from Gunn. Not a thing wr professionalism, courtesy and customer service oriented approach. I have purchased 3 Titan trucks in the past 8 1/2 years from Gunn. Not a thing wrong with any of them I just enjoy upgrading as better or newer technology comes available. I have worked exclusively with Frank Wallace since I sent him an eMail from Iraq in 2012 and then called him to get my deal done. I flew back on a rotation home, went to the dealership the next day and my truck was ready to drive off the lot -- signed the paperwork and was out in less than an hour. This has pretty much been the case for all 3 vehicles. Gunn Nissan - and more pointedly Frank Wallace - Are a pleasure to work with....I look forward to my next experience with this dealership. More

Disappointed in the free wash and the inside was not vacuumed. In Nov my sticker had the next service was in 10,000 miles but the maintenance reminder in the car setting said 5000. I called and was told vacuumed. In Nov my sticker had the next service was in 10,000 miles but the maintenance reminder in the car setting said 5000. I called and was told the 2020 Altima with synthetic oil was due in 10,000 miles. My service yesterday the sticker said 5000. Confused at the conflicting info not the same service we had been getting previously. More
