So it was a little out of reach on payment and joe and his crew went above and beyond. Joe got down in the trenches to get me a escape for the payment that was within my budget. Joe communicated well sold me 2 two vehicles checked up on me to make sure I was 100% satisfied. Filled up my vehicles transported them to me and followed a tight communicative deal. Then after rolling up that maverick was looking so slick he hooked up a good buddy of mine with a maverick and transported it to him as well... ive never been treated so good in my life these guys here made me feel like I deserved the best. And wouldnt hesitate to do business with them again. Ps also Molly she was very communicative made sure that all the paper work was ready and stayed on the phone with me through the entire process. I have bought many Fords from this dealer. So on Mar 31, 2023 I bought another F150. The deal was great. Its now 5 weeks later and my temp tag expires in a few days, and they still have not xf So on Mar 31, 2023 I bought another F150. The deal was great. Its now 5 weeks later and my temp tag expires in a few days, and they still have not xfered my FL tag. They keep telling me its not their fault its the company they paid to do it. Its not my fault either. In a few days I will have to park the truck. They need to get their act together. The back office at Hardy is terrible. A month previous I bought a new Camaro at the Chevy store and two weeks to the day I had my FL tag xfered. The Chevy store can get it done but not the Ford store. More

He took the time to listen to what I wanted and then he went to work. He called me back shortly with a couple of options but neither of these worked out. I did come in the next day and also looked at used trucks and the team there again took the time to really understand what I wanted and we were able to find just the right vehicle. The trade in and purchasing experience was very efficient and pleasant and there was never any pressure to do anything I didn't want to do.
