So I have been using this service department for many years. I called on a Friday to get my oil changed, tires rotated and I was having an issue with a tire losing air. I spoke to Joe in service and righ years. I called on a Friday to get my oil changed, tires rotated and I was having an issue with a tire losing air. I spoke to Joe in service and right off the bat, he was nice and courteous. I knew we would get along great. I asked for a date to drop off my truck for said services. He said we could make an appointment for a couple weeks out. Then he said well wait a minute, call me Saturday (the next day) and we will see if we can work you in!! So I did and got all my requested items addressed. Found I needed a patch in my tire and of other things he thought I would need going forward. Not pushy, not threatening, not trying to shove unnecessary services on me! I like that!! I definitely will continue my relationship with Joe and the outstanding group he works with!! Nothing but good coming out of that company!!! Oh and they were very careful with my 2021 Dodge Durango! Also everyone I dealt with was kind and courteous!! More

You now no longer honor the free oil changes that were part of the deal when we bought the truck new in 2017 this was a valuable part of the deal to us . Repaired everything i asked except for left headlight which has no low beam. Service department still passed it gor an inspection. I made another appointment on March 1 to repair it.
