Great experience at Sloane Toyota I really liked dealing with Frank Straface. He was very informative and did not pressure us. He answered all our questions and even told us to go ba I really liked dealing with Frank Straface. He was very informative and did not pressure us. My husband and I were able to walk back around and talk among ourselves to decide. Refreshingly great service. I had a few nightmare experiences before coming to Sloane with pushy sales people. Frank worked with me on finding time to come in. The whole experience was incredibly low pressure, and with this being my first time financing a car, he took time to explain everything to me and answered all questions. Even with my credit being less than spectacular, they got me exactly what I was asking for in terms of monthly payments. I will be 100% visiting Sloane first for my next car. More

All Around Good Experience I leased my first Toyota. I went to the dealership with a million questions and my salesperson Frank answered every one.
