THIS WAS MY SECOND TIME TAKING MY TRUCK FOR THE SAME ISSUE AND THEY STILL COULD NOT FIND OUT WHY THE WRENCH KEEPS COMING UP AND MY TRUCK WONT MOVE. THEY ALSO SENT IT TO FORD BECAUSE ACCORDING TO THEM THEY DONT WORK ON FORDS OFFTEN. MY TRUCK ALREADY SHOWED THE WRENCH AGAIN THE NEXT DAY IN TRAFFIC AND I HAD TO TRY AND GET VEHICLE TO SIDE OF ROAD. THEY HAVE ADVISED I SHOULDNT DRIVE VEHICLE BUT THEY KEEP GIVING IT BACK TO ME. I BOUGHT THE WARRANTY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AND THEY DONT WORK ON FORDS REGULARLY. VERY DISSAPPOINTED More

The service was done as I expected to have to the oil changed but my problem is that I don’t understand WHY the service don’t check with the customers what they find that they would recommend such as win changed but my problem is that I don’t understand WHY the service don’t check with the customers what they find that they would recommend such as windshield wiper blade, air or cabin filter need to be replace - I would much rather have them check with me so that I would have let them go ahead and get that done instead of the next time !
