A big plus to Frank & Sandra for doing such a great job & making my purchase of my new 2024 Chev 2500 LTZ Diesel smooth & easy. I stopped by Northgate Chev one day before I was leaving to work overseas for a making my purchase of my new 2024 Chev 2500 LTZ Diesel smooth & easy. I stopped by Northgate Chev one day before I was leaving to work overseas for a month and found a truck that I really liked. Frank emailed that day and in the coming days we where able to make a great deal on the truck while I was away working via emails. One great thing was Frank got back to me right away on all of the many, many questions i had for him from afar. I was also able to get the tires I wanted at another great deal and some good looking floor mats to. After this I was forwarded to Sandra in Finance who was able to look after all my financing needs and answered all my questions I forwarded to her, and there where a lot. We where able to do the deal via Docu-Sign which again made things easy for me.. Purchasing a vehicle can be very stressful and Frank & Sandra took all that away. I could not be more satisfied with the purchase of my truck at Northgate. I am looking forward to the many years ahead with my new Chevy truck.
