Would NOT recommend!!! We had a very poor experience here! Our transmission went out on our Honda Odyssey with only 75,000 miles on it. We had completed all oil changes and We had a very poor experience here! Our transmission went out on our Honda Odyssey with only 75,000 miles on it. We had completed all oil changes and service at Jiffy Lube, which Honda warranty supposedly covers. Well our paperwork from Jiffy Lube (7 visits over 2 years, the last visit being only 2 months prior) showed that transmission fluid was checked and clean and full. The service guy at Honda didn’t even contact Honda to try and get it covered he just told us they would not honor warranty. So they quoted us $7,000 to $8,000 to fix! I have always taken extremely good care of my van and I truly believe this was a bad transmission and I am very upset that this dealership did so little to help us. We bought a different make vehicle and will never return. More
