I’ve worked within the BMW brand since 2010 and Sloane BMW of Devon since 2014 when we took the store over. I have always strived for the best in a customer experience. In today’s world price can be gotten almost anywhere, but having someone go the extra mile, myself and our team can provide. I’ve been driving BMW since 2008 with the purchase of a E46 M3, this was after driving a brand new E90 V8 2008 version. I purchased it as a CPO and couldn’t have a better ownership experience. Since then I have owned many BMW’s including E46 M3, E60 550i Sport, E90 335i, M235i, 340i, M3, X3M & 2 M5's !!!! All these cars were awesome and loving my most recent M5 acquisition. I don’t know how you could get better service. Always courteous and on time. I just purchased my third BMW from the dealership. The sales person Dale Levin knows cars. BMW of Devon wasn't the closest dealer to my home, but it was well worth the trip. After an initial call to the dealer, I was assigned to Anthony Phiri, a sales advisor who knows the BMW line very well and was well worth the trip. After an initial call to the dealer, I was assigned to Anthony Phiri, a sales advisor who knows the BMW line very well and was extremely helpful in custom ordering the exact BMW I wanted. He explained the process, how long it would take and how BMW locks in rebates and financing if the vehicle is not delivered prior to a promotional program ending. After designing my "dream BMW" and working out a deal, the order was placed and the car would be built in Spartanburg, South Carolina. The "deal process" was very straight forward and fair, and I actually ended up paying less than if I was to purchase at the dealer closer to my home. Anthony kept me up to date during the build process and was helpful in choosing the right charging station for my home, as my x5 is a 45e, a plug in hybrid. I'm happy to say, the car arrived faster than projected and I was able to take delivery of the car within a day of it arriving at the dealer. Delivery was easy. The detail was great. The finance department uses electronic signatures and I left with a USB drive with all documents. Quick and Easy. Unfortunately, I quickly put a small scratch in the side door after only a week of driving. On a check-in talk with Anthony, I had mentioned the scratch. He immediately wanted to see it and see if there was something that could be done. Of course, I showed him the scratch and he was able to work some magic. Thankfully, it is entirely gone. I had a great experience at Devon working with Anthony and Frank (the new car sales manager) as well as JP the BMW Genius. There is no doubt I will continue to work with Devon in the future.
