I took my 2022 GMC Sierra there this morning for a washer pump that quit working. They wanted $199/hrs to diagnose and 2 or three days to have the vehicle. Frank and his sales team kept me up to date on the progress throughout. I feel like they went the extra mile to help me through an unexpected circumstance. Travis and Tony, in the service department also treated me with respect and consideration. They kept me in a loner car all summer as my situation was being resolved, I can not say enough how much I appreciated that. Actually, this was the second dealership we had visited on this particular day. The manager of the dealership was great and even the financial officer that helped us complete the paperwork. We had no intentions of making a purchase that day but only looking around. We never thought about buying a Buick because no one in our immediate family owns one. However, my daughter drove off in a 2025 Buick Encore GX ST Touring because of the great deal that we got and the excellent customer service. She has not stopped smiling since her purchase.
