The moment I entered the dealership I felt like a long-time customer. I was welcomed with true professionalism, and treated that way through the entire sales process. At no time was I pushed or fel long-time customer. I was welcomed with true professionalism, and treated that way through the entire sales process. At no time was I pushed or felt pressured to do anything. My salesman was very attentive to my needs and worked with me to get me into the car I wanted. The sales manager was also very helpful and easy to work with. Overall, it was the best experience I have ever had with a car dealership. Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel wipes out all of the negative views that most dealerships receive! More

I was looking for a dependable used car. I was shown a few but setteled for a Ford Fusion which I like a lot..I did go for a drive and the car handled great for me. The car looks in great condition. I was completely pleased with everyone at the dealership, I was completely pleased with everyone at the dealership, especially Kevin. He did a great job explaining how to use the Mustang sync system. Carlos was also very informative and patient as he explained all of the details, and covered every topic. Frank was cordial, and helpful as well. The dealership was clean, and the test drive was perfect. I would reccomend anyone to this specific dealership. The reason for buying a Mustang right now, is the design of the current Mustangs. The retro look, and the quality. I turned down buying a mustang in 2004, and chose a foreign car because consumer reports showed that it had a track record of mechanical issues. I see now that the Mustang for the past three years is up with Toyota and other foreign cars. I trust Consumer Reports because everything that has ever gone wrong with the cars I've bought, appears on the reporting from this magazine when looking at the results. For example, I bought a FORD contour, and the magazine showed that my year had bad brake and electrical issues. My car had those as well. And so I bypassed Mustang until I see that it's up to par. I'm happy with the car choice, and thank you for the experience. More

I went to Parks Ford on a referral from a friend & after meeting w/Mr. Lacey, defining what models & options I was interested in he quickly had Kevin Regan take us on 3 separate test drives & after meeting w/Mr. Lacey, defining what models & options I was interested in he quickly had Kevin Regan take us on 3 separate test drives to compare different motors & feel of drive w/the dif. motors. Kevin was very knowledgeable & answered any questions I had on all of the available options on each model I tested. After purchasing I was asked if I was interested in coming back for a "technology" class. I quickly set up to come in the following day as the 2001 F150 I've been driving since it was new didn't have all the gadgets. Kevin explained clearly & precisely as well as answering anything else I questioned & made it VERY clear if we had any other questions down the road to be sure & call anytime. Everyone we dealt with throughout the whole sale made us feel very welcome & valued as customers & I wouldn't hesitate to refer family & friends to this dealership to deal directly with Kevin or Frank. What a wonderful experience I had. My salesman was not listed so I'd like to mention his name and rate him also a "5" on everything, jesus van der henst. Extremely friendly,down to earth and made me feel comfortable and appreciated. Prior to coming to your dealership, I had already been to 2 cheverlote dealerships, 1 toyota, 1 nissan and low and behold another Ford dealership. No other dealership compares to your associates and how well they treated me!! They went above and beyond for me and did everything they could so I could drive home in my new beautiful F150 that Jesus helped me fall in love with! Frank and Carlos bent over backwards for me to help me get the exact payment I was comfortable with. What a positive experience I had and I will be sure to buy my next new vehicle at this dealership as well. I will also highly recommend this dealership to anyone who asks me about my beautiful new truck and where I got it. They had the same truck at another ford dealership closer to me which I test drove and was getting a finanical work up on, and I walked OUT because the salesman was so rude, demeaning, arrogant and just a jerk to me the entire time. Thats when I got in my car, called Parks Ford and Frank answered, I didn't know who he was, I just asked "What time do you close and do I have time to come out there?" he was very friendly and professional on the phone so I told him "Ok, I'm on my way and I'm goin to ask for YOU", at that point I had lost all respect and confidence in car dealerships/employees from all the negative attitudes and arrogance from previous dealerships. From the moment I got out of my car, Jesus greeted me and led me right to Frank, who to my surprise, was the manager!!!! Right then I gained a ton of respect for Parks ford, what other GM of a car dealership answers incoming calls!!???????!!???? So, it wasn't just one single thing, or person, that inspired me to commit and buy a new truck, it was everyone I spoke to from the very beginning and everyone who interacted with me once I got there. It was a very positive experience!!! More
