Our salesman, Luis Gonzalez showed tremendous patience with an upbeat and friendly attitude as we sorted through the options and needs during several visits to Parks Ford before we made our purchase. Management, Frank Lacey in particular, was extremely friendly and helpful, and we truly went away feeling that he did all that he could to help us complete a purchase that we were happy with. Great customer service, friendly and helpful staff After an unpleasant experience the evening before at another dealership (who we had been faithful customers of for almost 15 years) we went to Parks F After an unpleasant experience the evening before at another dealership (who we had been faithful customers of for almost 15 years) we went to Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel at the recommendation of my father. He was pleased with his F150 purchase last month and said to give them a try. We were immediately greeted by a smiling Sarita Rangar. We explained our experience the previous evening to her. She was very professional in never saying anything negative about her competitor when we discussed what had happened to us. She was very helpful in our search for our new vehicle. Sarita spent time with us to determine exactly what we were looking for in a vehicle. After consulting with her manager, Frank Lacey, they were able to find a Ford Explorer in their inventory that met all of our needs and wishes. Sarita was very knowledgeable in the SUV's features and went out of her way to be sure every question was answered. Carlos Gonzalez did the paperwork quickly yet thoroughly so that we were on our way home with our new Explorer in just a couple of hours instead off all day as has happened to us in the past. We couldn't have asked for a better experience purchasing a new SUV than we had at Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel. We would highly recommend that anyone considering a Ford product give Sarita, Frank and Carlos a chance to show them how enjoyable buying a vehicle can be. They were informative, helpful and courteous without ever being pushy. True professionals who are a pleasure to deal with. More

Sell, Sell, Sell! With a dream car in mind I walked into Parks and easily derailed by the enormous stock they have on hand. Working with Robert Stephens originally, he worked with me diligently to provide as many choices available to my desires but failed to land the deal due to a set of rims. Enters Frank Lacey - Mr. Lacey knew "exactly what I wanted" and appeared to find any type of description we offered tiresome. After several attempts by us to provide the exact VIN number of the vehicle we were pursuing or by showing him pictures of the vehicle, Mr. Lacey had a vehicle transferred in from another dealership only to find the vehicle was not same vehicle I desired. My husband waited at that dealership for 9 hours only to be showed a vehicle that was incorrect. With no apology for the error from Mr. Lacey (only an apology offered by Robert Stephens, which this was not Robert's mistake to apologize for) and no desire adjust the price of a demo car I left empty handed. The staff just seems too eager to push the customer out the door with something - anything - and not caring whether it is a vehicle they preferred. They appear to be trying to one of the big Ford dealerships here in Florida like Brandon Ford and Elder Ford. They have a lot to learn before they can claim that crown. More
