One word Osiris Barcelo a service manager is a pure human who understands customer needs and she went above and beyond for me . I owned LS 500 and I really needed a loaner when I drop my car . I must say that the after-sales response sucks, I text, call and email my sales rep to date no response. The pre-sales support and follow-up were great I thought that I was in good hands but that changed a call and email my sales rep to date no response. I don't think Lexus of Pembroke Pines will be getting any of my future business. More

Beware of this dealership's scam tactics. They leave you hanging for hours and hours, get you tired, and advertise the best prices; however,… all deceiving not to deliver what they promised. They leave you hanging for hours and hours, get you tired, and advertise the best prices; however,… all deceiving not to deliver what they promised. We could go to any dealership, but A good friend referred us to one of the sales associates, claiming they were the best from Lexus. I went through the trouble of making an appointment and driving there. I have lost an entire day of work. Surprise!!! Upon arrival, the dealership was packed, the associate I referred to was busy, and another person saw me. The guy was excellent, and everything, by the numbers, was only decided by the manager on duty at the time. After the test drive, we agreed to go over the numbers. After hours and hours of negotiation, we decided to purchase the vehicle. Once again, they left us hanging there. I was tired and stressed. Things started getting bad when we finally got set with the finance, and the price was different. The finance guy called the manager, and they could lower the payment; however, the agreed-upon amount was higher. So, we end up closing the deal. It was already 7 hours later, and we were tired. Driving back home, I discovered the vehicle had no navigation or features, only an extra paid subscription. I got furious. I was already paying more than agreed and had to pay extras for features they told me were all included. When I contacted them, the manager called me when I pointed out that my vehicle did not have the extras, and no one mentioned the subscription charges. He was like, you purchased, right? Why did you not ask? They were supposed to check the vehicle with you. I decided to go back in person, and the same guy, the sales manager Frank, went to talk to us. I have never had such a terrible and unpleasant experience with a sales manager as with him. He was rude, aggressive, unhelpful, and did not want to see or talk to us. Of course, we had already closed the deal, right? I asked him how I could cancel the deal or work something out; he said no, that I had to pay a 10% restock fee. I've asked, where is it disclosed that I have to pay that? He looked at me and said, it's my store policy, not Lexus's; I don't have to declare or tell anything; you should've asked. I advised them of the problem within 3 hours of the purchase. This Frank guy, the sales manager, the same one that was all nice on the day before, treated me like no one ever treated me. He discriminated against me for being a woman and a Latina without perfect English. He left us there, completely ignored, and walked away. As a result, I had an anxiety and panic attack. I can't even go near this vehicle and have decided never to talk to Frank again. I am waiting for the store manager to contact me, and I will need legal advice from a License attorney. I would give them 0 stars. No manager should ever ignore or treat any customer like this. This is not a place that I will ever do business again or recommend anyone. It's all about money and not the customers. More

Arriving to the dealership, my wife and I met a salesman Natan and with his help, we choose the Lexus NS300 base, with displayed large Sticker priced on the car: 39,285.00 with some added delivery and proce Natan and with his help, we choose the Lexus NS300 base, with displayed large Sticker priced on the car: 39,285.00 with some added delivery and processing fees of $1,075.00 amounting to the total price of 40,360.00. The sale manager with accounting department during the process of leasing, change the price of the car (by additional $3,500.00) without notifying us. During negotiation of the payments, unaware of different total price, were given the option of $ 5,500.00 as the down payment in order to keep the monthly payment of $500.69 which we had chosen. Since the process was done on the very large digital screen we did not see the price, believing that all the calculation were made based on the TOTAL sticker price of $40,360.00, Nobody told us that accountant with that sale manager changed the price to $43,705.06. Had we knew it, we wouldn't agree to it. Unaware of price changes behind our back, we just had to sing and answer many question on the very large (4'x6') digital screen laying on the accountant desk in front of us while having difficulties to see anything on it, not able to see the price of the car, nor any other charges. After the last signature, we received the documents on a PenDrive, still unable to see a any numbers on the paper to verify before accepting it, (the process used normally by Toyota dealerships). To our surprise, back home when we open the Digital documents (on the PenDrive) we discover that the car payments were based on the different price from the Car Sticker price. Following morning, Sunday 8,22,2021, my wife and I, we wen back to the deanship complaining about the additional charges of $3500.00 without our knowledge. The Accounting manager refuse to talk to us and send us to the Sale manager. The sale manager, he told us that the leasing price is always higher that the displayed on the car sticker, that Lexus advertising for leasing are only a decoy to bring customers in and that is normal that the price the in the section "9a" of the final agreement would be different from the "Sticker" price. We did not agree with him and we decided to file the official complaints with the State of Florida, Toyota USA, and legal action against the Lexus Of Pembroke Pines. More
