Terrible response from dealership. Wayne was great, Frank not so much. Nice guy at first but would not even negotiate off of MSRP. Tried playing games, showing me KBB numbers with features not included on the car I was looking to purchase. Fe would not even negotiate off of MSRP. Just proves how you should always cross-shop. More
