Dylan was very informative about the vehicles. He answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns about purchasing a new vehicle. All three gentlemen make for a very friendly staff and easy to get along with. The only negative aspect about my visit was the overall length of time it took to purchase my vehicle (4 hours) but my overall experience at Lithia Subaru was very pleasant. More

When we first came in we were working with Frank, and I honestly was not such a fan of him. He wasn't rude or anything, but I didn't feel like he really wanted to sell me a car and didn't really feel like honestly was not such a fan of him. He wasn't rude or anything, but I didn't feel like he really wanted to sell me a car and didn't really feel like he was all that interested in helping us, not to mention during the test drive it felt like I was driving with my dad with him telling me multiple times when to stop, go, turn, etc...I know how to drive and don't need step by step instructions. When we came back we worked with Jesse, and he was great! Very personable, very helpful, he really worked hard to find me exactly what I wanted. I probably wouldn't have bought the car that day if we had worked with someone else. Not to mention he was totally understanding with our baby who was getting fussy by the end of the whole buying process. He just had an overall nice demeanor that made the buying process as pleasant as a car trade-in and purchase can be. I also just have to mention that the guy we signed all the paperwork with at the end was awesome. I don't remember his name, but he was very personable, and I enjoyed working with him. More

We came in to the dealership with a service issue on our old car. While we were waiting to hear what the cost would be we noticed the $199 a month lease option on a new Subaru and laughed about buying one. old car. Then when the shop bill came in we decided the money would be better spent on a new car. The sales staff not only spent 3 days patiently working with us while we decided what to do, they also helped us trade in a broken car which was barely worth what we owed. We were a little worried about qualifying for the loan due to a recent foreclosure, but the finance department easily got us into a brand new forester. Beyond that the salesman worked hard to make sure I had all the features I was looking for and made a very tedious process fun. Then he went above and beyond by following up with us to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I highly recommend this dealership and love my new car. More
