Very disappointed with the service. I made an appointment online in advance. I arrived and the agent just added me as a walk in and said that the booking system is not linked/interfaced I made an appointment online in advance. Then I asked to be Lift home since it was oil change plus tire rotation and I was told in a cold way no but this has always being offered in the past. More
