Francisco made our experience at Bell Rd Mitsubishi fantastic. He was very personable, friendly, and kind. We were able to close our deal in 3 hours and had a great experience. If I could give this dealership zero stars, I would! !! My experience here was absolutely awful from start to finish. Based on my credit score, the manager instructed the salesperson not to even give me !! My experience here was absolutely awful from start to finish. Based on my credit score, the manager instructed the salesperson not to even give me a chance. Instead of advocating for me as a potential customer, the salesperson followed orders and refused to even try to see if I was eligible for financing a vehicle. I walked out immediately! Later, my husband convinced me to go back and at least try, and SURPRISE, I was actually eligible for a vehicle! The fact that they were so quick to dismiss me without even running the numbers is beyond unprofessional. To make matters worse, by the time we were finalizing everything, it was close to closing time, and I felt completely rushed through the process. The detailer refused to properly clean the car because it was raining. At the very least, they could’ve cleaned the inside, but even that was half done. The ONLY reason I went through with the purchase was because I needed a vehicle immediately. If I had any other option, I would have taken my business elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone! Customer service is clearly not a priority for them! More
