The service department is poorly ran. I arrived 10 minutes before my 4:45 appointment and was not helped until after 5pm. A customer that arrived 5 minutes after me was taken care of imme I arrived 10 minutes before my 4:45 appointment and was not helped until after 5pm. A customer that arrived 5 minutes after me was taken care of immediately and her vehicle was serviced while mine was not taken back for over 90 minutes after my arrival and did not leave till 7pm this is my third time with bad service at Ferman and will look for another Dealer to handle my warranty for Chevy..... More

Ordered a Tonneau cover for my Truck. They told me 2-3 weeks. Finally at 5 weeks it came in. I made an appointment to get it installed at 1:45. They told me 2 hours to install. I waited i They told me 2-3 weeks. Finally at 5 weeks it came in. I made an appointment to get it installed at 1:45. They told me 2 hours to install. I waited in the waiting room since I had no ride home and I live too far the shuttle. After 2 hours they come and tell me it’s a 4 hour job and they can’t do it. I can either cleave my truck overnight (wasn’t an option unfortunately) or come back at 8am tomorrow for them to do it. So, I will spend more than 6 hours in their waiting room for them to install the cover. I guess I need to find a new dealership for service. They didn’t touch my truck for 2 hours and I had an appointment. I guess my time doesn’t matter. More

My 2021 vette needed a part. They said they ordered it and 2 months went by. Numerous calls to them were not returned I finally went to the dealership and they started checking They said they ordered it and 2 months went by. Numerous calls to them were not returned I finally went to the dealership and they started checking why it hadn't come in. They found out it was an instock item and never was ordered 3 visits to them for a minor fix. They kept the car 2 days twice. Their shuttle service sucks. Waited 2 hrs for a ride. More
