I never had a car buying experience as pleasant and satisfactory as I had with Francisco, who was courteous, patient, extremely knowledgeable and respectful of my time. The transaction was easy. I did have to wait a bit longer because it was a Labor Day sale and they only had one finance person, Jamal, who was also very kind, efficient and attention to details. Truly the absolute best team I’ve ever worked with in all my years of car buying experience. Buying a car can be stressful and frustrating at times, these guys never left me hanging, they explained every pre my years of car buying experience. He was so helpful and patient in making sure I got the exact car I wanted. Karan in Finance was so detailed and made sure I understood every part of my payment plan.
