I was hoping since we have gotten many at this place , that maybe possibly i could get a decent deal.. Well the dealership made its money and then some, the salesman made a nice commission , The sad part of this , is while i was waiting in the office for the offer that that they were going to approach me with, i was reading The customer mission statement posted on the wall from Mr. Benny Brown to his employees . while reading this I felt good with what this sale might be , To date we had never got a great deal . we did ok , but not great. . and we have bought many from here. We are glad that the Dealership made its money back and then some We are glad the salesman made a very nice commission also. but we feel that the Customer Mission Statement wasn't followed nor practiced here this day. By the way driving the car back and forth to Red Bluff to pick up another driver to take my truck home you could smell the oil burning pretty good... As we see it, money and profit are truly the main interest The Customer Mission Statement might need to be re-worded. Sorry to say, and with a heavy heart, but this will be our entire family's very last purchase With your Dealerships.

First of all, we would like to thank you for doing business with us. We know you could buy a car or truck anywhere and we appreciate your patronage over the years. Our mission statement is as true today as it was in 1987 when it was written.
That being said, we are not fully understanding your review. You mentioned that you got a "ok deal" but not "great". There are lots things that come into play when it comes to a car deal; having the right Car is the biggest part of the deal, the terms (financing term & rates), price, how you are treated and service after the sale.
Since this platform does not share who the person is that is leaving a review, we have no idea which purchase you are alluding to. If we knew more, maybe we could speak specifically to your concerns. I would encourage you to reach out to us with any specific concerns at 5308245434 and ask for a Sales manager.
If you purchased a car from us and smelled oil burning (most of the time it would have been due to us just changing the oil, and due to our mechanic not cleaning it off properly), all you would have to do is call us or bring it in, we would look at it right away and take care of it. You have done business with us before, and we assume you know that we are here after the sale, and always try to do right by our customers.
If you would like to talk to a Sales Manager about any concerns you have, we would be happy to go over it with you. Call any time and just ask for one of our Sales Managers at 530-824-5434

We are glad that You think your Customer Mission Statement Was followed thru. That's your Belief. I on the other hand don't believe it. We both know , I had great credit, and a great job. And sadly worked a 12 shift at the Hospital on this day and was very tired.
I didn't want to spend hours going back and forth to get a good deal... So lets just say my fault, We are glad your dealership made its money and then some We are glad that your salesman made a nice Commission this will be our last time to do business with any of our family. we are glad that YOU feel you followed through. with your Customer Mission Statement. I signed the papers, i am the only one that has to pay for this mistake. we are not asking for anything.. A costly learning lesson . we will be encouraging family else where.
