How low can we rate here? I paid one thousand dollars to fix engine light and replace four coils/spark plugs. At the end, Stamford VW told me do you know your engine light is I paid one thousand dollars to fix engine light and replace four coils/spark plugs. At the end, Stamford VW told me do you know your engine light is on? Yes that is the reason. Who will replace whole coils/spark plugs without engine light on? Why you told me my engine light is on at the end of a day after pretending replacing coils/spark plugs while at the same time recommend me to replace battery and rear part of chassis, each for hundreds of dollars? Engine light is still on after whole day and one thousand dollars spent. How low today's VW dealer can go? Is there any dealer/service we can trust in this area? More
