The service I received was very good from the staff, but traveling – – I was told I needed a brake fluid and clutch fluid changed because the fluid was dirty – – I had paid for these services at Schumacher traveling – – I was told I needed a brake fluid and clutch fluid changed because the fluid was dirty – – I had paid for these services at Schumacher Volkswagen in West Palm Beach in January – – so did Schumacher not do the work they charge me for? Or did prestige tell me I needed work that I really didn’t need? I suspect that Schumaker really did not do the work given my impression of both service departments, I am going to call Schumaker and ask that they refund the cost of those services that I theoretically received in January. I had already decided to stop taking my vehicle to Schumacher, because their department is so Helter skelter, they didn’t have someone who knew how to drive a stick shift, and they cross threaded the drain plug on my oil pan. More
