There was a follow up the next day from the seller Francelys and finance guy Mario which was welcomed. Tony in Finance was incredibly helpful and practical, easy solutions and transparency, Marcos at parts was quick in helping me with the weather mats, very friendly guy. Overall many dealers could learn from how you are running South Dade...we briefly stopped at Doral KIA and there isn't even a comparison, we ran away from that place. I know industry supply chain is challenged right now, but it would have been nice to test drive a Telluride and you didn't have any, which i understand is beyond your control. Thanks! More

I went based on a model (Carnival LX with seat package) I was sent an email and put a deposit for, but once there it was an incorrect car. I needed a car so I did proceed with the deal of a basic model (LX) was sent an email and put a deposit for, but once there it was an incorrect car. I needed a car so I did proceed with the deal of a basic model (LX) and the dealer did not even assume responsibility to pay for leather, I had to pay for it in addition to that. Financial Department was very deceiving they changed the interest rate. I was told I was approved for 3.99% and the finance department changed it to 5.25% Once questioned and I told them that I would not agree to those terms and told them I will use my bank they were not helpful. I tried contacting the financial department several times and left messages and they NEVER called back. Also, they refused to give me the paperwork of the contract. As I completed the deal with my bank. They said papers would be with my bank yet didn’t provide NO PAPERWORK of agreed deal. I am aware that my bank will provide the final contract as they are the ones that will be financing the car, but the dealer should have provided paperwork of the agreed deal. I was in the dealer for over 6 ½ hours completely uncalled for. Would NOT recommend this dealer and if you decide to go first get pre-approved and make sure you get copies of all paperwork. Very dishonest and deceiving. Buyer beware More
