The customer service wasn't the best one, specially from the manager Alain Diaz. He didn't care about my problem with the late delivery of the new car that I was buying, he also was very rude when I called the manager Alain Diaz. The dealer is very modern and clean, everyone looked professional and nice, certainly made you feel welcomed and dealing with next level service from the moment you enter. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, very solutions oriented even though I was purchasing an EV6 which is new in many ways. There was a follow up the next day from the seller Francelys and finance guy Mario which was welcomed. Tony in Finance was incredibly helpful and practical, easy solutions and transparency, Marcos at parts was quick in helping me with the weather mats, very friendly guy. Overall many dealers could learn from how you are running South Dade...we briefly stopped at Doral KIA and there isn't even a comparison, we ran away from that place. I know industry supply chain is challenged right now, but it would have been nice to test drive a Telluride and you didn't have any, which i understand is beyond your control. Thanks! More
