I was there for a simple oil change with an 8 o’clock appointment at 10:30 i went to the service advisor to ask how much longer as i needed to leave at 11 . I think they forgot about me because i shortly appointment at 10:30 i went to the service advisor to ask how much longer as i needed to leave at 11 . I think they forgot about me because i shortly saw my truck being pulled to the service area by the service advisor. I wish they would have told me i would have rescheduled instead of waiting almost another hour and canceling my appointment i had to go to after.
