Service was extremely slow ,when I arrived I waited 17 minutes before being greeted. There were 2 other cars waiting as well longer than me. I was told it would be approximately an hour, it took just unde minutes before being greeted. There were 2 other cars waiting as well longer than me. I was told it would be approximately an hour, it took just under 2 hours for an oil change. I won’t be going here anymore More

For starters, vehicle check in is atrociously inefficient. I pulled in exactly on time (1400 hrs) for my appointment, no one even came near me for 20 min., and at 1500 hrs my car was still sitti inefficient. I pulled in exactly on time (1400 hrs) for my appointment, no one even came near me for 20 min., and at 1500 hrs my car was still sitting in a space in the back parking lot. Several lifts were not in use. Made me wonder why I bothered making an appointment. I opted to leave since I didn’t see much activity in the work area and reschedule to the next morning, which was fortunate for me because that appointment for only rear brakes went from 1000 to 1600 hrs. The estimate of time I had gotten for the job was 2-2.5 hrs. The only updates I got were the ones I went looking for. I expected more from a Toyota dealer. More
