I have worked with Fox Guenter over the past 2 years on the purchase of three VW vehicles for our family. Fox has been great with his service, communication and follow-though. We have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know Fox and working with the Paramount Team. In all three purchases, we've had the pleasure of meeting with representatives from the ownership team (Scott Yount) and management (Ernie Masche) both who personally thanked us for our business and ensured our needs were met or exceeded. Kami thompson in the Finance Department was excellent. She is thorough, quick and professional. Great team, cars and service! I would highly recommend this dealership and team. More

Fox, as the face and voice of your dealership did a great job working with me online to make this purchase. I had done quite a bit of shopping around a three state area and found that Paramont was straightfo job working with me online to make this purchase. I had done quite a bit of shopping around a three state area and found that Paramont was straightforward and understanding my needs in the vehicle that I was looking for, and quickly I was able to get a quote, work the deal and was confident with the reputation of the dealership and the extra warranty and maintenance at items that are added for the consumer in care of the vehicle . When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted at the door and my vehicle was washed, clean and sitting out front. Even though we ran into a few issues with getting my paperwork complete that evening the follow up and eventually signing the paperwork online was convenient quick, and Patrick was very helpful and explaining the whole process to me.If I or anyone I know ever needs a vehicle with Volkswagen or another make, I’ll be recommending you guys with enthusiasm.
