I worked out a deal over the phone as this dealership is 40 minutes from me. Had a deal in place at another dealership, but Montrose had the same vehicle in stock in a color I thought I preferred but hadn't 40 minutes from me. Advised them what price I needed to be at given the deal I already had and also had them see if they could get to a price I liked on a different vehicle I liked. The sales person I talked to got the okay from their manager, advised the one model was moving fast, and suggested I try to get there more quickly than I had planned. I took the morning off of work and drove the 40 minutes one-way, only for them to work their way down to a price that was $6k+ over what I had been told on the phone. Wasted my time and I will be advising anyone that will listen not to waste their time with these clowns. They are the perfect example of why car dealers have bad repurations. Kias are great, just buy one at any other Kia dealership. More

Unfortunately he was serving another customer when we arrived so he asked Brittany step in to help us expedite the process. She was extremely rude and does not deserve a job in any customer service realm. As we were ready to leave after a disappointing experience with her, Ryan Docherty stepped in to immediately resolve the situation and make things right. If it wasn’t for him, we would have driven all that distance and left without a vehicle. Ryan, Forest, and Dave Coventry were all phenomenal and really made our experience 100% better and worth the trip. Because of them, if we are ever in the market again I would definitely travel to their dealership. Thank you all for your caring and personal touch after a very difficult encounter with Brittany.
