I recently purchased a Mazda CX-9 Touring from Eastern Automotive Group, and I have to say, working with Floyd Whitlock was an amazing experience. From the moment I walked into the dealership, Floyd made Automotive Group, and I have to say, working with Floyd Whitlock was an amazing experience. From the moment I walked into the dealership, Floyd made me feel welcome and at ease. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect car that fit both my needs and budget. Floyd was incredibly knowledgeable about the Mazda CX-9 and answered all my questions with patience and honesty. What really stood out to me was his genuine care for making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process—no pressure, just great service. He even took the time to follow up after the purchase to ensure I was happy with my new car. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend reaching out to Floyd Whitlock at Eastern Automotive Group. His friendly, professional, and no-pressure approach made the whole experience a breeze. I’m thrilled with my new Mazda CX-9 and couldn’t be more grateful for Floyd’s help! More

Have a 2 star because the salesman was a nice guy and deal was quick. The car however was not. Have had it less than 5k miles and have had to do the following things, replace the front brakes which start deal was quick. The car however was not. Have had it less than 5k miles and have had to do the following things, replace the front brakes which started grinding at 2500k miles and definitely should not have passed inspection. Fix a taillight that was literally being held in by the pressure of the rear door and a screw that was 3 times too small so lights kept shaking out. A front seat that is broken so wide feels the springs every time she sits down. It appears they replaced the middle stow and go seats with a bench seat that shakes the entire time while driving. Wiper blades that again should not have passed inspection so needed replaced.. that is all I have came across so far. Probably would not buy from again unless I had my own mechanic go through it beforehand. Seems a little on the shady side if you ask me. I know I’m buying a used car but brakes and wipers should not go up that fast. I think the replaced seats with low grade after market and then told me they were Dodge seats. Shady shady and not shady. Oh well. Live and learn. More
