I like the dealership, I wish Southern would've grandfathered us with the free oil changes for life. I have been a Hall Hyundai customer since 2006. I own three Hyundai vehicles. The waiting area was clean and well stocked. The technicians were friendly and helpful. The work was preformed quickly and I was back out on the road in no time. I scheduled a service online and was quoted a huge price difference when I arrived at my appointment, which turned me off and forced me to get an oil change and tire rotation only. I bought my car from this difference when I arrived at my appointment, which turned me off and forced me to get an oil change and tire rotation only. I bought my car from this location back in 2016 so I’ve been customer for almost 10 years. I don’t think it’s good customer service to not know what service has already been performed when all of your maintenance has been done at this establishment. I paid for a tire rotation but I’m convinced that was not done. Just a rip off and not good customer service at all! More
