I walked into the Audi Shrewsbury showroom with an appointment for a test drive (I was still shopping models, and had no intention of buying that day.) Everyone was busy on the ground floor. Florian called down from the balcony and brought me upstairs right away so I wouldn't be kept waiting. Fantastic customer service from Flori, start to finish. The car I drove was so great I decided to buy it that day and great customer service was part of that decision. With the finance team, we completed the paperwork in under an hour, and the license and registration was done a day later. This was the best customer service I've ever had for any vehicle - go see Flori Bixho!! He will provide you with honest answers quickly, knowledgeable brand information and service lead times. I'll buy my next Audi from Audi Shrewsbury, too. :) More
