Bait and switch. False advertising. Do not do not believe any ads you see from this place.I found a ad on Car Guru's that showed a price of 6995. I called about it and was told it was 1000 dollars more on th any ads you see from this place.I found a ad on Car Guru's that showed a price of 6995. I called about it and was told it was 1000 dollars more on their website. I referred to the ad I saw and was told they would get back to me. They never did, so I called back and they said they would honor the price I saw.They did not seem too thrilled about it. I sent someone to check the car and take it to their mechanic. Next day no one called again, so I call saying I want the car and to please give me the total. I was told they would get back to me, of course they didn't. Once again I call an am told the total was over 10,000. Talk about bait and switch .They lost my business and the other person's all because they did not want to honor a price. I will file many more complaints and reviews .Tomorrow I will spend the day speaking out about this kind of behavior. Robin Hudson More

Great car, horrible sales experience I am totally disappointed and disgusted with this dealership, especially the management!!!!!!! We purchased a brand new 2020 Challenger Wide-body Sc I am totally disappointed and disgusted with this dealership, especially the management!!!!!!! We purchased a brand new 2020 Challenger Wide-body Scat, before it even arrived at the dealership. So, not a cheap car. First, it started with a promised 4.9 percent deal and when we got into the finance department, that rate went to 5.9. However, if we bought an extended warranty, our rate went down...amazing how that works!!! We have excellent credit and I am an expert banker. Then, we were told to leave our PERSONALIZED license tag at the dealership (at their request) because the car we actually bought was coming in that next week . The dealership kept our trade (+tag) on the day of the deal. To add to all, this dealership automatically charge you for window tint, weather you want it or not for $359. Lets not even go into the $1499 protection package that is mandatory and no one at the dealership can explain to us what it does!!!! Once the new car arrived at the dealership, they emailed us it was ready for pickup. When we arrived at the dealership (1.5 hour drive from Ocala, FL) to pick up the car, because they said it was ready, it was not ready and we had to wait for almost 2 hours while they finished it.....then when it was pulled around, no window tint. We were told, come on back and we will do that for you....are you kidding me? This is also when we were told they lost our personalized tag! TAG DISASTER: When it was first noted that the tag was lost, our salesman tells us in not such a positive way..."the dealership is making me pay for your lost tag and taking it out of my PAY".....seriously. You do not tell a customer that. Now, everyone knows that you can't just replace a personalized tag, plus the tag office is closed to the public. So the dealership says....take our dealer tag and we will order you a new tag, but it likely won't be personalized. I was so mad. The following week, I called our local tag office to find out the dealership had not taken any action to replace our tag. To date, I have spent hours and hours on the phone with the tag office trying to get our personalized tag replaced. The tag office needed proof from the dealership to prove that they lost the tag. Now, the dealership promised US they would handle this. Well let me tell you, they did not and I called the dealership at least 20 times, with no response. Not a single call back. The tag office had the same problem. Now we have had to pay out of our pocket, over $50 for a temporary tag and replace our personalized tag. Plus the many hours I had to spend calling, emailing, and completing more paperwork to replace my tag that they lost!!!!! I want a REFUND for the $359 window tint that we did not get and I want $200 for MY time and cost it took for us to get our tag replaced. Once we receive this, we will return your DEALER TAG....that we have NOT lost!!!! I have purchased over 30 cars (in Florida) in my life time and have never experienced such disrespect and incompetence. This dealership may have good prices, but you get what you pay for. More

The Jeep Wrangler was waiting for me to test drive immediately. I drove from St. Augustine and had an appointment upon my return. So time was critical to getting a deal accomplished. The vehicle was in condition as posted via their online inventory. This made my decision very easy. Purchasing paperwork went smooth and quick. The waiting area is very large and comfortable. I was able to make it back home in time for my appointment in my new Wrangler due to hard work. Thanks! Will do business with Greenway again in the future! More

I’m a “show me the numbers” straight to business kind of guy and the entire staff I dealt with directly was understanding and accommodating in my approach, not once trying to pull any typical low level dealership tactics. When we decided on a deal I wasn’t going to be able to make it till just about closing time to pick the truck up but they stayed late to do the deal, never once mentioning it. Justin actually washed and vacuumed the truck after hours while I was in the finance office closing the deal. 10/10 stand up establishment. More
