For the first time in my life, I bought a brand-new car, but it turned out to be a huge disappointment. The experience with Toyota and this dealership was so bad that I will never return. Even though the store manager, Mr. Sadi, tried to fix things at the end, the damage from the two days I went through could not be undone. Unfortunately, I couldn’t even enjoy the excitement of owning my first new car. Their only goal was making a sale, with no concern for my actual needs. The staff at the Toyota dealership didn’t even have proper knowledge about Toyota cars. Every question I asked was met with excuses like “I’ll be back in 3 minutes,” but they wouldn’t return for 40 minutes. I ended up waiting nearly 20 hours over two days. Because of the untrained and unprofessional staff, I left completely devastated. Toyota again? Never. Passing by this dealership again? Never ever. More
