I have to say Filomena powers did an amazing job getting me the deal I wanted and she didn’t stop until I was happy with it. I recently bought a Mercedes and brought it to Walter's for servicing. The other dealership didn't set up the Mercedes me app for me so I asked the guys at Walter's to help and Jon Klempner from sales was for servicing. The other dealership didn't set up the Mercedes me app for me so I asked the guys at Walter's to help and Jon Klempner from sales was more than happy to assist. Jon was knowledgeable and professional and made the process very easy for me even though I wasn't charged for his help. I'd hit up Jon if you're interested in buying a Mercedes Benz. I've had good experiences with Walter's Porsche in the past and Walter's Mercedes Benz is continuing the good customer service I've come to be accustomed to. I'll keep going back to Walter's Mercedes Benz. More

The next person was my sales consultant Illy Aabid, I was very impressed with how she conducted my Car buying experience from the start to the finish, she made herself always available and also made me feel as family. I need to say my finance consultant James "Andy" Towns whom made me feel at ease during the document signing process, I returned from out of state in order to experience such fine service. I came in to service my Car and ended up returning to purchase a vehicle. More

I am ordering my next 2024 C300 with Pinnacle/Driver Assistance. I currently have a 2017 C300 with all of the Technical options. I wanted to see all of the new changes and how they work. Christian has Assistance. I currently have a 2017 C300 with all of the Technical options. I wanted to see all of the new changes and how they work. Christian has a wealth of knowledge regarding all of the new features. Being a retired System Engineer, it's nice to learn from someone that really knows the Technical features of my next car. After reviewing all of the new options, I was happy to place a custom order on my next C300. The order process was pleasant and I am happy to wait for my new C300 to arrive as I wanted to get the car with exactly the correct features. More
