The buying experience was great however once the truck had been purchased it was impossible to get information on the vehicle loan. I still have 3 voicemails that have never been answered about how to pay had been purchased it was impossible to get information on the vehicle loan. I still have 3 voicemails that have never been answered about how to pay my loan and who to. I finally called Suncoast 4 days before then payment was due to see if they had my account . I expressed in every voicemail my urgency that i needed to be called back about making my first payment . I even tried telling the operator before she would put me through and she would cut me off and transfer me . Very frustrating !!! More
