This place is a scam, they knew my budget and tricked me into paying additional fees that I was not aware of, then when I tried to talk to them after realizing I got scammed they wrote me off and did not he into paying additional fees that I was not aware of, then when I tried to talk to them after realizing I got scammed they wrote me off and did not help me, they were very nasty to me and were not helpful at all, stay away from this place. Very unsatisfied customer. More

Some of their methods are standard with other dealers. Like they make it sound like you have to pay fees for Nitrogen and Key insurance. They’ll claim the car is going to auction, so they don’t care if Like they make it sound like you have to pay fees for Nitrogen and Key insurance. They’ll claim the car is going to auction, so they don’t care if you buy it. What sets them apart from other dealers is; A deal that I struck one day was not honored the next day. Wait more than a few days, and they may ad a $1250 loyalty fee for not buying a car there in the last year. They won’t make the 4 tires match by brand, although it’s required for honda certification. But later on, they’ll do it. If a dealership can be bi-polar, then that’s what Planet honda is. I’m not an emotional buyer. But, I couldn’t give this dealership my business. And in reality, I wasn’t confident that the deal we struck, on the most recent email, was what would be honored, when i went in to pay for the car. More
