I drove 500mi to purchase a Ford Bronco. I spoke to Frank Monday and Tuesday to setup my purchase. He was good at first and was able to secure the vehicle for me however finance never contacted me after being told several times that they would. My vehicle was not ready for me to take delivery despite having made an appointment. Frank never even showed up the day I came to purchase the vehicle, nor did he tell me he would not be there or anyone else at the dealership for that matter. The only positives of the experience were the salesman I worked with the day of and that I left with the vehicle I wanted. The finance department knew nothing of my deal before I arrived, even after communicating with Frank for two days prior. My “great” experience was blamed on the fact that my phone number was incorrect in my buyers profile. Frank never text me to verify my phone number even though that was our main form of communication. He text me later that day to apologize, however when I told him I could not accept his apology he responded by blaming me for my less than satisfactory experience. More
