Audi Ontario - Exceptional Experience with Felipe Garcia and Ella Wang I recently purchased an Audi Q5 55 TFSI E QU from Audi Ontario, and I can't express enough how amazing the experience was, all thank and Ella Wang I recently purchased an Audi Q5 55 TFSI E QU from Audi Ontario, and I can't express enough how amazing the experience was, all thanks to Felipe Garcia and Ella Wang. From the moment we arrived, Felipe truly went above and beyond to ensure we found exactly what we were looking for. His calm and collected demeanor made the process enjoyable, and he attentively listened to all our questions, providing detailed answers with genuine care. We absolutely fell in love with the Q5 during our test drive but wanted the car in black, not the “chronos” color available at the dealership. Felipe made it happen—he found the exact model with the Prestige package in black, going as far as searching inventory in San Diego just to meet our request! He kept us updated every step of the way, ensuring the car was clean, filled with gas, and perfectly detailed before we picked it up. He even recommended a fantastic spot, Victoria Gardens, to celebrate our purchase. Ella Wang, the financial advisor, was also wonderful. She made the final steps smooth and seamless, explaining everything in detail and promptly answering our follow-up questions. Felipe and Ella’s dedication, professionalism, and attentiveness made this the best car-buying experience we've ever had. We walked out of the dealership overjoyed and extremely satisfied. SHADY manager and salesman doing unethical if not illegal contract breaches…. I entered into a legal verbally binding agreement to purchase a used For Explorer from Audi of Onterio at 8:36 PM on October 1 contract breaches…. I entered into a legal verbally binding agreement to purchase a used For Explorer from Audi of Onterio at 8:36 PM on October 17th. I was told the next morning the car would be pulled from the lot. A credit check had been filled out, the interest rate was determined, the sales price had been negotiated and determined. They took a second for of identification to verify and began sales paper the morning of October 18th. I was asked when I could come retrieve the vehicle, and I stated the morning of of October 19th. I was just waiting for signature pages. Hours later around 2:15PM I was contacted and the salesman said a manager had pulled the car and was making an appointment to show it to a potential buyer at 6pm. I said that we already had a deal worked out and they couldn’t do that. He stated because it was a manger that pulled the car back for this other appointment and the manager was the salesman there was nothing he could do. The management at Audi Onterio is SHADY and illegally broke our verbal contract because he wanted the commissions for himself. Shame on him and this company for allowing that to happen. More

In Oct. 2024, I bought a car from Audi Ontario, where Ms. Wang was the finance manager who handled the sale documents. I had the most uncomfortable experienc 2024, I bought a car from Audi Ontario, where Ms. Wang was the finance manager who handled the sale documents. I had the most uncomfortable experience with Ms. Wang, hence the 1 star. I can speak to customer service with this being my 3rd Audi. On the other hand, I believe that even if this would've been the first car, no one should go through this process in this manner. Ms. Wang rushed the entire signature process, and when asked to clarify items on the contract, she repeatedly responded that I would be getting a copy AFTER I signed. I also couldn't understand some portions of what she was saying, so I asked her to repeat it, yet her reply was that I would be getting a copy of what I was signing. But wait- the interesting part was that Ms. Wang noticeably slowed down in her speech when trying to upsell the extended warranty options, and attempted to engage with the guilt trip; one example of many included that replacing brake pads would cost around 10K. I attempted to take notes on a flyer she showed of the costs, but when I was going to write on it, she quickly took the flyer away. I agreed to buy the Audi Care package ($1799.) in cash and for some reason my credit card (that I had used 2 hours before) would not work per Ms. Wang. I also attempted my Apple Pay (which had just processed a 5k down payment), but per Ms. Wang, it did not work either. As I mentioned aloud that it was strange that those forms of payment didn't work, and that I would be calling my bank, she concurrently she asked my boyfriend and I to step outside her office to the waiting area, "because there's another couple outside who has been waiting for help," mind you, this other couple (who were of lighter ethnicity than my boyfriend and I, let's just say) had not been there when we arrived, and we had been in her office probably no more than 30-45 minutes max. Her instructions were for us to wait and we would resolve the issue AFTER she helped this other couple. No one else was waiting. She haltingly handed a copy of what I had signed and whisked us away. The items were not stapled and halfway in an enveloped. My boyfriend and the sales staff who had assisted with the sale called the sales manager, Brett McKinley - but the damage had been done. I did call my credit card company while I waited, and guess what? They had NO RECORD of any denied transaction and in fact, when Mr. McKinley arrived, the credit card company, Citibank, stayed on the line to ensure the transaction was handled without issues. Mr. McKinley handled the transaction and apologized. You know when you've been mistreated, but it's hard to articulate it - until you've had time to process it? That's what happened in my interaction with Ms. Wang. Had I not signed the sales contract, I would've walked away, and looking back, I should have. So BE MINDFUL. This is a sales industry - so why be surprised (right?), on the other hand, there are other Audi Dealerships to consider for your business. I don't think I'll be buying from Audi Ontario again- not just because of Ms. Wang...but she was certainly the last straw. More

I recently had the pleasure of working with Felipe Garcia while purchasing our Audi, and I highly recommend him.
