From the very beginning, he was patient, calm, and genuinely respectful. He never rushed me and never made me feel stupid for asking basic questions. Instead, he explained things clearly, step by step, and always checked to make sure I understood and felt comfortable. What really stood out is how trustworthy he felt. He walked me through different options without pushing the most expensive thing, and he was very transparent about pricing and trade-offs. At every point, it felt like he was on my side, trying to help me make the best decision for me, not just trying to make a sale. For someone who was scared of the whole car-buying process, that made all the difference. By the time we finished, I felt confident, informed, and proud of the choice I made — not pressured or uncertain.
