Imperial had a used truck that I was interested in so my wife and I took a ride (over an hour) to check out the truck. Fawad was the sales representative that we were put in contact with upon arriving. He w wife and I took a ride (over an hour) to check out the truck. Fawad was the sales representative that we were put in contact with upon arriving. He was very polite and super accommodating with showing us the truck. The truck turned out to be a no go for us so we talked about a new RAM versus used. We worked through several different options but we were not able to make a deal. My wife was interested in a Sienna so we then shifted to looking into one. Again, he was super accommodating showing us several. We did not walk away with making a deal that day but we really enjoyed working with him. After a week or so of searching for vehicles we decided that we wanted a Grand Highlander so drove back out to see Fawad and made a deal for one. We certainly could have used a dealership local to us but we felt that he deserved our business. We highly recommend Fawad and the Imperial Toyota dealership. Both deserve this 5 star review. More
