In over 50 years of buying cars A1 hands done is the BEST, most transparent dealership I have every used. Don't waste your time @ WLFD Toyota or others. I knew Dado from 11 years ago when I was shopping for a Hybrid Highlander. I finally choose a Lexus RX 450H since the price was attractive. He congratulated me for a very good choice. When 2021 Rav4 Prim Hybrid Highlander. I finally choose a Lexus RX 450H since the price was attractive. He congratulated me for a very good choice. When 2021 Rav4 Prime was available for sale in the Fall of 2020 I went to A-1 again and hoping Dado still works there. He did. I placed a deposit for a 2021 Rav4 Prime XSE Premium model. Due to its scarcity I had to wait more than eight months to get it. During this lengthy waiting period Dado was always patiently answer my questions ranging from technical to delivery timing etc. in a professional manner. In my fifty plus years of car purchasing experiences he is the most professional one. He is also a soft-spoken gentleman! I also give this dealership a five-star rating with my purchase experience of the Rav4 Prime because it offers a very honest and fair pricing policy. While other area Toyota dealer are all add 1% to 10% extra margin to the MSRP, A-1 offered a fair good price which is rare in this particular hot vehicle. More

A1 Toyota has earned our repeat business for 5 consecutive cars. Just leased a wonderful 2021 RAV4 Limited and the experience could not have been better. A1 went to extra step to find the exact RAV4 that we wanted in the trim, colors and option packages we desired. Would certainly do business with them again... also their service center is really well run, not that we have ever had anything substantial ever break on our Toyortas. More
