He truly went above and beyond of what I would have expected to make sure my needs were met. My experiences with him are an easy 5/5. I would recommend him by name to anyone I knew who was interested in purchasing a new Honda. My only complaint with the experience would be the miscommunication in negotiating the purchasing price and the options I had selected. I had used Honda’s website to build the vehicle I wanted prior to reaching out to Coral Springs Honda. Of all the options I selected, the underbody spoiler package and the 19 inch wheels were forgotten. After hours of waiting and discussion, the mistake was acknowledged and Coral Springs Honda honored the deal originally made and installed the forgotten accessories at no additional cost to me. In the future though, I would be inclined to take possession of a vehicle only after all accessories have been installed. Despite this set back though, I did ultimately receive the vehicle I wanted at the price agreed to, and so I am happy with my experience. I would recommend Coral Springs Honda to anyone interested in purchasing a new Honda, and would highly recommend asking for Andre Jamison. He has an amazing work ethic and will make sure you are taken care of! More
