Petr was incredible to work with from start to finish. He was extremely patient, showed us various options, and clearly explained all the differences between models. During the test drive, he highlighted all the key upgrades compared to my older car, making sure my husband, my daughter, and I had all our questions answered. He was so attentive, offered us water, and, most importantly, was honest and transparent.. When he brought over the quote, it was clean, self-explanatory, and direct, without thousands of dollars in hidden add-ons or unexpected fees. We felt genuinely cared for and were happy to do business with him. When it came time to finalize the paperwork, Fares Aqleh in Finance took care of us.
