Gerlie (sales) was very patient and attentive to detail with explaining features in the car and MyMazda (app) I didn’t know was an option. Even after second guessing myself on interior color and changing my mind in the car at the very end.. I didn’t feel any pressure and it was a seamless transition. Hesam (finance ) was very proficient with explaining everything about the contract. Julian (sales manager) also went over all of the benefits of purchasing from Mazda of Elk Grove. Life time car washes?? That’s a big plus. Also Fang (parts) helped me with a retractable cargo cover and all weather floor mats which I highly suggest to anyone purchasing any vehicle. Matt, Matt, Matt. He has been my go-to guy since my very first Mazda 2 in 2015. I got my Mazda 3 in 2018 and now my brand new CX30 in 2021. I am not a picky person when it comes to cars, but he always just first Mazda 2 in 2015. I got my Mazda 3 in 2018 and now my brand new CX30 in 2021. I am not a picky person when it comes to cars, but he always just know which car to pick for me. And that's when you know you have a great salesman! Knowing what you want without you even knowing what you want. Matt doesn't pressure you at all and he always goes all out. He made sure everything was always perfect til the very end.
