Nice folks. Getting the vehicle was quick enough and fairly easy. However, this dealership tells you one thing only to do another. I have yet to receive ANY of the calls that I was told would happen BEFORE I purchased my Jeep, particularly one about a repair. I had to track my salesman down over the course of a week, only for him to tell me that the terms we agreed upon to have the repair done ANYWHERE now had to be done at their facility only (which is almost 2 hours away AND on certain days). Called back and spoke to a sales manager about the problem, she listened and said she would call me back with a day or so with possible solutions. Never received that call (going on at least two weeks now). At this point, I’m not expecting anything else from these folks. They turned out to be your “typical” dealership and as of now I would NOT recommend Koons Kia to anyone I know. More
