Vito was attentive our needs throughout the entire 5-1/2 month order process, even calling days later to say he saw our G at a local restaurant :). Andrew was responsive to all of our questions and instrumental in handling a last-minute order change, and Fahad oversaw every step of our very enjoyable experience. Kolls Oloko in the Finance Dept directed all finance questions to me, not my husband, which meant a lot to me. He accepted a personal check with no hesitation. He made the purchase process seamless.
